The Hiring Committee meeting for the HIP-2D-QM project took place online on March 24, 2025. Chaired by Dr Antun Balaž, Deputy Director for Science at the Institute of Physics Belgrade (IPB), the meeting involved detailed discussions on the profiles of the ERA Chair team members, including administrative, PhD, and postdoctoral positions.
The committee, comprising IPB representatives, Project Team Members, and Advisory Board members, reviewed and unanimously approved the proposed job descriptions. Decisions included setting competitive salaries to attract top talent and flexibility regarding hiring deadlines to ensure the recruitment of qualified candidates.
